We are excited to announce the launch of Release 13 of the Solve.Care platform, bringing substantial enhancements to both the Care.Trials Network and the Care.Wallet applications. What’s New in Release 13?

Care.Trials Enhancements:

• Improved Matching Algorithm: We have further refined our matching algorithm, ensuring participants are connected with clinical trials that best match their profiles based on multiple criteria, providing more precise and useful results.
• Site Admin Role Addition: A new role for Site Admins has been introduced to facilitate better management and oversight within clinical trials, enhancing the operational aspects for trial administrators.
• CRM Integration: We have integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to help manage interactions with trial participants more effectively, improving engagement and retention.
• Caira! Integration: Integration with Caira! has been completed. She is your readily available clinical trials Aidvocate that will guide you and simplify your journey in participating in available trials.
• Screening by Nurse: Nurses can now screen participants directly within the platform, ensuring that only suitable candidates can proceed in the trial process, enhancing efficiency and participant safety.

Care.Wallet Updates:

• CDN Data Integration: Integration with Content Delivery Network (CDN) technology has been implemented to enhance the speed and responsiveness of the Care.Wallet app.
• Download Key Words: Users can now find and download our app using more key words.
• Care.Circle UI: We’ve revamped the user interface of Care.Circle to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Data Caching: Data caching features have been improved to increase app performance, reducing load times, and enhancing user experience.
• Care.Ledger Improvements: Significant improvements have been made to Care.Ledger, enhancing its usability and data security, allowing users to manage their health data more effectively.
• Care.Vault Redesign: The Care.Vault has undergone a comprehensive redesign, improving its functionality and ease of use for better management of personal health information.
• Site Admin Prototypes: New prototypes for Site Admins have been introduced in the Care.Wallet, providing more specific tools and controls for healthcare administration.
