Solve.Care as a health-tech company is highly focused on compliance from the day it was started and understood that use of Blockchain and digital assets will require a higher than usual standard of compliance. SOLVE token was carefully designed as a utility token with no security features.
Token sale was conducted along the lines of a fully compliant IPO: filing Reg-D form, requiring US buyers to be accredited, all buyers to pass KYC/AML checks, all buyers to hold tokens for 1 year and several other precautions to ensure we pass any regulatory review during token sale and in the future.
Solve.Care believes that regulatory compliance and government relations is key to building a long term and sustainable global healthcare business.

Whenever we release any tokens, we always state it clearly in advance.
Every Treasury Release is approved by Board. Board has approved the maximum amount that can be released in any one year and Board will have the authority to burn or return to Treasury unused tokens each year.

솔브케어에서는 토큰 릴리스와 관련하여 사전에 명확히 명시합니다.
재무부에서 진행하는 모든 토큰 릴리스는 이사회의 승인을 받습니다. 이사회는 1년에 공개될 수 있는 최대 금액을 승인했으며, 이사회에서는 매년 사용되지 않은 토큰을 소각하거나 재무부에 반환할 권한을 갖습니다.
